1. Who can enter the Giveaway?

The Giveaway is open to all Stillsegler fans worldwide who are registered to Twitter. The winner will be randomly drawn from a country to which Stillsegler currently ships products. Employees of Stillsegler (and their immediate family members) cannot attend the competition.

2. Giveaway period

The Stillsegler follow & retweet giveaway starts on December 2, 2016 and is ending on December 12, 2016. All entries must be submitted during this period for a chance to win the prize.

3. Entering Stillseglers Twitter Follow & Retweet Giveaway

HOW TO ENTER: Simply follow @Stillsegler on Twitter and Retweet the giveaway tweet for your chance to win one Stillsegler scented candle. Stillsegler (Vela Handels GmbH & CoKG), assumes no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete entries. Limit one (1) entry per person.

RESTRICTIONS: Vela Handels GmbH & CoKG does not accept sharing of content that violates any applicable law or regulations or material protected by intellectual property laws or by rights of privacy or publicity. Vela Handels GmbH & CoKG reserves the right to remove or refuse any content for any reason whatsoever.

4. Selecting the winner

Vela Handels GmbH&CoKG will select the winner by drawing from all the entries. The winner will be randomly drawn from a country to which Stillsegler currently ships products.

5. Prize

The winner will get a Stillsegler Yolaine Scented Candle which consists of 100% soy wax (100% vegetable wax) and is filled for Stillsegler in a small factory in France. If the prize is not claimed after 7 days after the end of the giveaway period, Stillsegler will draw another winner. The prize cannot be transfered to another person, be refunded or exchanged to cash. The Prize will be delivered to the winner within three weeks of the giveaway closing.

6. General Rules

All entries must be consistent with the Twitter rules.
Twitter Rules
The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Any person who uses or attempts to use such means to enter the giveaway will be disqualified from participation in the giveaway and will be ineligible to receive a prize. Additionally, entrants may not register with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register/play multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won.
