The perfect care for valuable wooden kitchen utensils, without additives. Only linseed oil and beeswax, 100% natural – 100% safe!
Linseed oil
Only the finest, natural linseed oil penetrates the wood structure and hardens there. This prevents water from penetrating deeply, while still allowing the wood to breathe.
beeswax
Pure beeswax creates a liquid-repellent layer on the wood surface, preventing the penetration of fragrant liquids such as onion, etc. Finally, it leaves a silky sheen.
tinplate
Tinplate was already used for food storage in the 17th century. The tin coating prevents a reaction between the iron and the oil. It fits in any kitchen drawer and is therefore always within easy reach.

Instructions for use
1. Apply
Apply Stillsegler wood butter with a soft cloth or, even better, with your bare hands. The warmth of your skin makes the wood butter pliable and easier to spread. A soft plastic spatula is also suitable for larger areas.
2. Effect
A generous layer of wood butter needs some time to soak in, about 20 minutes or more. The linseed oil then penetrates deeper into the wood and polymerizes, ideally at room temperature!
3. Rub
Once the wood butter has been absorbed, any excess product should be removed with a soft, clean cotton cloth (or similar). A final polish will create a silky sheen.
The rich care causes the wood to darken slightly and the grain to become more visible.
Depending on the type of wood and the level of wear and tear, the treatment should be repeated regularly.
