The teapot is hand-turned and shaped on the potter's wheel according to time-honored tradition.
The clay and glaze have been meticulously matched for decades. Classic stoneware is used as the base material. The glazes are food-safe, meaning they contain no toxic substances whatsoever. In the traditional manufactory in southern Tuscany, these "little works of art" are carefully fired, inspected, and selected. The unique shapes are based on original designs by Stillsegler – each jug is one of a kind!
