Massimo glass jug “Pettenbach”
Mouth-blown in a specially crafted wooden mold according to Stillsegler's designs, using traditional glassmaking techniques. Crystal glass with a fine luster and high resistance is melted in a pot furnace according to a special recipe. Processing temperature is around 1200°C.
After demolding, the jug is "re-stitched," the handle is hand-modeled and attached. The upper rim, including the spout, is also hand-shaped, and the logo is stamped into the hot glass with a metal seal. It is then cooled to room temperature in a condensing oven – a cooling period of at least 8 hours.
