At Laguiole in Aubrac, southern France, the Stillsegler knife is handcrafted. Care
Occasionally grease/oil the locking mechanism and sharpen the edge with a whetstone. Do not wash the knife, especially the wooden part, with water and never rinse it – it's best to wipe it gently.
