Acrylic fabric cover
Material properties
The cover, made of solution-dyed, branded acrylic, is characterized by high colorfastness, lightfastness, and weather resistance. The robust fabric is dirt- and water-repellent, but not completely waterproof; however, it dries very quickly.

Cleaning and care
Occasional cleaning with water, a soft brush, and mild natural soap to remove surface dirt is recommended. Avoid harsh cleaning agents or pressure washers, as these can damage the fabric's impregnation and structure. Slight color variations may occur in the surface treatment of acrylic fabrics.

Storage should be in a dry, well-ventilated place and protected from direct sunlight.

Teak wood lid
Material properties
Teak is an extremely durable hardwood with a high natural oil content, making it exceptionally well-suited for outdoor use. It is weather-resistant, easy to care for, and develops a characteristic silvery-gray patina over time. As teak is a natural product, variations in color and grain are to be expected. Direct sunlight, standing water, or significant temperature fluctuations can cause the wood to change.
To open, always lift the lid straight up.

Teak wood surface treatment with hard oil
For the lid, treating the surface with hard oil is also recommended to protect it from food and grease. Oiling the surface will darken the wood and give it a slightly reddish hue.
Danger: Not every wood preservative offered in specialist shops is suitable for teak wood.
